offer this in expensive one-to-one sessions.

What if I've never meditated before?
The class is designed for beginners, no meditation experience or skill is required.
What will the days be like?
Day 1: Meet your Spirit Guide: Open eyes and closed eyes meditations in seated and laying down positions. Group and partner feedback sessions.

Day 2: Several Sessions with Spirit Guide learning to ask questions in away to elicit best responses. 1hr. lunch each day with short tea breaks each day.
Additionally, several energy awareness tools for centering, grounding and clearing boundaries.

What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket or throw and a pillow if you need one.
Where is the workshop held?
3261 Heather Street (at 16th Ave.),Vancouver, British Columbia, Plenty of street parking and wheelchair accessible. Although participants need to be able to get down and up from the floor by themselves.

My Father was a deep trance psychic and I learned to do trance from him, but instead of using it to channel, I used it to access my own Spirit Guide and the Akashic Records.
