I woke up in the middle of a moment and realized facebook was not longer a good idea. They can block you for scrolling past their ads too fast- their algorythm is a bit manic. BUT I do believe in connection, conversation, healing through communication and COMMUNITY. Specifically Spiritual Community where we we come together to heal, laugh and learn on our life journey.
